The product comes with one year warranty on rupitrN Assist and six months on charger for manufacturing defects. If the customer’s device is in warranty period, then he can opt to get it repaired by triAyaam by shipping rupitrN Assist back to the company at his own cost or company will give you a new or refurbished assist that is equivalent to one you have. The customer is responsible for all incoming freight costs associated with shipping products to triAyaam for repair or replacement. Upon completion of repairs, triAyaam is responsible for all return costs associated with shipping products back to customers (providing shipping destinations lie within India). Any overnight or air freight service will be paid by the customer. triAyaam will not directly cover costs associated with shipments to destinations outside of India.

rupitrN Assist Support after warranty expiry
Once the warranty has expired, the manufacturer is under no obligation to help with the costs of repair. Customer can opt to get it repaired by triAyaam by paying the below mentioned fees.
- Service Charges: Rs 800+ Replacement Part/s cost.
- The customer is responsible for all incoming and outgoing freight costs associated with shipping products to triAyaam for repair.
