rupitrN Terms of Use and Limited Warranty on
rupitrN Assist
GENERAL TERMS
These General Terms of Use govern your use of rupitrN software, rupitrN Assist firmware, our website and customer support.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
1. Acceptance of terms
Please read the following terms of use carefully before using or installing “rupitrN” software. Your use or installation of “rupitrN” indicates your acceptance of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the product; promptly return the product to the place you obtained it.
2. Right of return for refund
For a limited time period after purchase of subscription, if you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you may return the product and may qualify for a refund.

3. Account
In order to access rupitrN you need to create an account with triAyaam, which allow us to identify you.
3.1 Account Responsibilities
- Each user account you are provided with might be restricted to the number of logins at one time according to the purchased subscription plan. You will not attempt to exceed this limit anyway.
- You are responsible for anyone who obtains, accesses or uses software through you or your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of each account and password you are supplied with and restricting access to the computers.
- You are responsible for compliance of these terms by the users authorized by you.
- You are also responsible for security of your account.
- You will ensure that all your provided account information is correct.
3.2 Account Benefits
- Through account, you can view and edit user information and get access to rupitrN software.
- You can access your account virtually from anywhere, anytime through web or rupitrN application.
- You can see all the information related to your subscription plan in userprofile section of your account.
- You will get to know about updates as soon as an update will be available and you can update your copy of rupitrN easily.
- You can send feedback to the company about rupitrN directly from rupitrN software.
4. Privacy
triAyaam is committed to protecting Your privacy and letting You know what triAyaam will do with Your personal information. Read Privacy statement for more information.
5. Subscription
Your subscription may include software and/or web services and some other extra benefits.
5.1 Subscriber Benefits
- Customer Support.
- Right to Export web service.
- Access to software and firmware updates.
5.2 Length of subscription
Your subscription to rupitrN will be for a fixed term period, the length of which will be indicated at the time of purchase. If no length is indicated, please contact us and we will determine and confirm the length of Your subscription period.
5.3 Renewal of subscription
As your subscription plan gets over or expired, then you can renew your subscription by purchasing the subscription plan again for a given time period. Certain subscriptions may have the option of automatically renewing. If you want to cancel any such plan then please see Sec 2.
6. Software
If you order software or any other service which includes software, the software will be at triAyaam’s discretion to be made available for download through electronic media or some other means. For any offering which triAyaam provides to you, triAyaam grants to the user a non- exclusive , non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the software for the period of subscription. During the period of Your subscription, triAyaam may make available or deliver Updates or Upgrades to Software. You are encouraged to promptly install and use all Updates and Upgrades made available to You during the subscription period.
Any Software (including any Update or Upgrade) that triAyaam makes available to You is licensed for a limited subscription period, not sold, and You may not transfer or assign the license, except expressly permitted by Autodesk in writing. Your subscription to a Web Service does not grant to You a license to the underlying Software used in providing the Web Service.
7. triAyaam Proprietary Protection
You acknowledge that triAyaam has full ownership all the rights of rupitrN, all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of triAyaam. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by triAyaam.
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to rupitrN that you know or should know that it is a trade secret of triAyaam in any manner that can cause damage to triAyaam.
rupitrN and all services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Indian State or City law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold triAyaam harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this rupitrN, which may damage any other party.
The Product is owned by triAyaam and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws and international trade provisions. You must treat the Product like any other copyrighted material. This license and your right to use the Product terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Product or return them to triAyaam.
You may not:
a) Copy the Documentation other than as part of the standard installation of the Product on one computer.
b) Modify, translate, or merge the Software with another program, except for your personal use on a single computer. Any modifications to the Software are subject to this agreement.
c) Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
d) Sublicense, rent, or lease any portion of the Product.
e) Use the previous version of the Software that has been upgraded or updated under this agreement. Upon upgrading or updating the Software, the old copy must be deleted from the computer.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify , defend and hold triAyaam harmless against any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees , related to your violation of this agreement or use of rupitrN.
9. Term,Termination and suspension
I. Term
The Term of this agreement (“Term”) will commence and you may begin using the services, once you agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The agreement will remain effective until expiration or terminated by you or triAyaam.
II. Termination or suspension
You may terminate this agreement for any reason, by providing triAyaam a written notice for termination.
triAyaam may suspend your right and license to use any or all services covered in this agreement because of below reasons.
(i) You attempt a denial of service attack on any of the services .
(ii) You use the services in a way that disrupts or threatens the services.
(iii) You seek to hack or break any security mechanism on any of the services or triAyaam.
(iv) If triAyaam determines any evidence of fraud with respect to your account.
(v) If triAyaam determines that you may be using the services for illegal purposes that violates the law.
(vi) You fail to make the timely payments of fees for the software or any service.
(vii) You go into liquidation.
(viii) Any other reason which triAyaam holds necessary to suspend your account.
III. Effect of termination
Upon expiration or termination of a subscription or other Offering for any reason, Your rights with respect to that Offering, including any related Software license or subscription Benefits, will end. At that time, You will stop all access to and use of the Offering (including use by Your Authorized Users) and uninstall any and all copies of materials related to such Offering. In addition, at triAyaam’s request, You will destroy any such copies or return them to triAyaam or the reseller from which You acquired the Offering. You will retain proof that You returned or destroyed all such copies.
rupitrN Assist Limited Warranty statement
General Terms
The product comes with one year warranty on rupitrN device and six months on charger for manufacturing defects. If the customer’s device is in warranty period, then he can opt to get it repaired by triAyaam by shipping the device back to the company at his own cost or company will give you a new or refurbished device that is equivalent to one you have. The customer is responsible for all incoming freight costs associated with shipping products to triAyaam for repair or replacement. Upon completion of repairs, triAyaam is responsible for all return costs associated with shipping products back to customers (providing shipping destinations lie within India). Any overnight or air freight service will be paid by the customer. triAyaam will not directly cover costs associated with shipments to destinations outside of India. The company does not offer repairs or replacement for accidents or misuse.

Once the warranty has expired, the manufacturer is under no obligation to help with the costs of repair. Customer can opt to get it repaired by triAyaam by paying the below mentioned fees.
- Service Charges: Rs 800+ Replacement Part/s cost.
- The customer is responsible for all incoming and outgoing freight costs associated with shipping products to triAyaam for repair.
Any written or oral information or advice given by Triayaam’s dealers, resellers, distributors, agents, or employees will in no way increase the scope of this warranty.
No Liability For Consequential Damages
In no event shall triAyaam or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product, even if triAyaam has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You are solely responsible for the selection of this Product to achieve your intended results and for the results actually achieved. You also accept the entire risk as to the quality and performance of this Product (including but not limited to errors and/or interruptions in operations). Should this Product prove defective in any way then you assume the entire cost of any necessary corrective actions. You are advised to test the Product thoroughly before use for your particular purpose. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. The foregoing limitations of warranty and liability inure to the benefit of triAyaam licensors having an interest in the package.
In addition, in no event does triAyaam authorize you to use this rupitrN in applications or systems where rupitrN failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold triAyaam harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
